I received a charge on my credit card I did not make. I called my credit card company and they said I needed to contact the company and see if they would provide the refund. I contacted Maxx Fit Pro and they told me that I signed up on line for a lottery and with that I also signed up for a monthly subscription which was $99.95 and the lottery cost was $1.95. I explained that I recalled selecting something and then closed out before I had completed because I though it did not seam right. I did not sign up for a fitness and wanted my money back. He told me because they were half way through the month they could only give me 25% of my money. I said I was not aware of the program and have not signed up to use and have not used that I would like full refund. He again said te best he could do was 25%. When I explained this was wrong you can not have a bait and switch thing going on making people they are getting one thing and then you charge for another that I would contact Better Business Bureau he said he would give me his employee discount so I could get 50% back and he could cancel the prescription. He offered to send me ear buds and no refund as a prize from the lottery. I took the 50% and had him cancel the subscription. I would like to see full refund
