    Does not stand behind anything they say. They sent me a bag of poison. And they're making me jump through hoops they need to be reported. At the least they need to be reported even if I don't get my money back. They said they're going to refund my money and they're making me jump through all these hoops. But I can't even get through the first hoop. BBB expose this company. They are literally selling poison and justifying it by being in business for 25 years like there can't be a mistake on their end. I can't be the only one experiencing this. I have more incriminating transcripts for days they do not stand behind their company policies or nothing. I've caught them in multiple contradictions between the websites and what they say the product does.

    The customer purchased items from our **** store. We have advised the customer that they must use the **** platform to file a dispute and request a refund. **** provides a customer service program to protect buyers and recover any refunds on the buyers behalf.

    I am rejecting this response because: **** is unavailable I told the seller this and here's a screenshot proving this. There's no other way to contact them that I know of except through my account which at this moment in time will not let me. I applied  screenshots as proof to show you what it shows me. kelp4Less keep ignoring this, with no response to the same screenshot I sent them. They won't reply on how to do any further action. Ask them!!! They won't answer me. If you need any other screenshots I can provide them. They just ignore me. Ask them how do I get a hold of them when it's doing this. There's a million messages between us back and forth with no help in sight they need reported.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They said too much time has passed to qualify for money back garentee. This is what I get for buying everything from one seller before I needed to use it. Trusting this business and they product is the biggest mistake I made while in cultivation. They won't last much longer selling poison. Everything needs to be used immediately to have any buyer protection. ****** learned. I will spread the word. Kelp4less KILLS!!!!
