      I hired Colling Pest Solutions in 2021 to provide lawn (dethatching, aeration, fertilization) and pest control treatments. I paid as services were rendered until April 2022, when I was told that if I paid in advance for a full bundle of treaments (one Spring lawn treatment, three home pest spray treatments--inside and out, one Fall lawn treatment), I'd receive a 10% off discount. I agreed and paid $870.30 via credit card 4/1/2022. I received the Spring lawn treatment 4/4/2022 and ONE pest spray treatment 7/11/2022 that year, but nothing else. The company called March 2023 to ask if I wanted to renew my bundle. I mentioned that I had not received all of my treatments in 2022 and they applied a *slight* discount, so that I paid $803.00 on 3/29/2023 to renew the same bundle. That year, I received the first half (outdoor) of one pest spray 5/15/2023 and the second half (indoor) of that same treatment 5/23/2023. The company failed to show for a scheduled Spring lawn treatment 6/5/2023, but eventually did the aeration, dethatching, and fertilizing 6/6/2023 after I called again. We also received our 2nd pest spray (inside and outside) 8/25/2023, but nothing more.I've contacted Colling many times for a refund> I downloaded every invoice and appointment record from their website for my account and reconciled their records with my personal records five times. Every time the amount of credit on my account totals $928.30. I emailed Colling 9/11/24 with this documentation and requested a full refund. On 9/12/24, Colling's office manager emailed and said, "I have sent this to our payables clerk to process a refund payment. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed and sent." It's now 10/21/24 and still no refund. I've been getting the runaround for months and feel I have no choice now but to file a complaint. I'm truly very sorry it's come to this, but with inflation and two kids to put through college, I desperately need my $928.30 back ASAP.

      We were unaware of this complaint until it was brought to our attention by the customer herself as the email address on file with the BBB is no longer a monitored email account. Our company has done work for this customer for several years. She was a "seasonal" customer and according to our records, did receive her services. She did have a carryover credit for 2022, which was carried over to 2023 services. Her 2023 services were lower in cost, due to these credits being carried over. In 2023, some of the services were rescheduled due to weather, or rescheduled by the customer. Due to her being a seasonal customer, our system sent a statement showing the prepay credit prior to any of the completed services being applied. In spring of 2024, our office attempted to contact her several times regarding scheduling services for the current year. At that time, our billing system showed she had a carryover credit of $186.10 after previous services had been posted to her account. We were unable to make contact via the phone number on file. In August 2024, she emailed our office stating we failed to
      contact her. We informed her we had attempted to contact her numerous times, and it was at that point she informed us she had disconnected the phone number we had on file for her, and she provided us with a new
      contact phone number. Also, at that time in August, 2024, she requested her remaining credit be used for additional services for fall 2024. In a follow up email, she stated her husband would take care of the services
      and then she began requesting a refund per the last statement she had received from 2023. Our office explained that the last statement only showed the credit and not where the completed services were applied. We
      also apologized for the confusion this has caused and that her remaining credit balance on the account after the charged were posted was $186.10. She disputed this amount and we began working together to find a resolution. In September 2024, the customer explained to our office staff that she would like a full refund because sending kids to college is expensive and she believes she is entitled to the refund. Her disputes fail to mention that she changed her phone number and did not reach out to us for over 11 months.  Although we have records contradicting hers, although she waited over 11 months to reach out from the time of her last service, although she disconnected the contact number we had for her and did not attempt to reach out in the interim, although our GPS routing software and system tracking records and application records show she received the services in dispute;  in efforts to resolve this, as a small business, our company made the decision to refund her for both services rendered and her remaining credit in a good-faith effort to resolve this in her favor to put this dispute to rest. Unfortunately, it was no longer worth our time, energy or arguing back and forth. Our company issued a refund for the full amount directly to her bank account. She responded with confirmation to receiving the refund. She also responded stating she informed the BBB this has been resolved and requested this complaint be removed. We truly wish the best for her and thank her for letting our team take care of her yard for many years.  Thank you.

      We had this business come out nov of last year to fumigate for bed bugs, the process that was needed was not fulfilled by standards that I have researched. They stated their chemical would stop reproduction and it didnt, they didnt honor their warranty. Yes we owe them 200.00 of 2200.00 but that is because they never finished the job. They will not return any phone calls. If its not corrected through the BBB it will go to court.
