    I took my ATV to this location the second week of December 2024, I requested that they find the problem with the vehicle and get back to me with possible solutions. Almost 2 months went by with no communication and every time I called they said they were getting around to it. After 2 months they said they were finally working on the vehicle and I asked them to please keep me updated on a list of problems and what the financial obligations would be. After this I received no communication from said business, and after calling over and over and over the instructed me that they were working on it. After another couple of weeks I decided to visit the business in person they instructed me what was wrong with the vehicle and told me a list of parts that they had already ordered without my permission. I apprehensively agreed that they could do the work with the parts already ordered and asked them respectfully to call me if any other work needed done. I did not receive any other phone calls after this and I repeatedly called and asked about the progress on the vehicle and was instructed that they were almost done. I then received a phone call that the vehicle was finished and ready to be picked up, a couple days after that phone call I went into the business and was given a bill for over $1,000. The last time I had spoke to anyone there the parts and labor totaled about $400 and I asked them to stop at that point and not order any more parts or perform any more labor, so getting a bill for over $1,000 was a shock. I informed the gentleman working at the counter that this was not acceptable he then proceeded to curse and yell at me and even lifted the keyboard for his computer and threatened to hit me with it. He then said that they would keep my vehicle if I did not pay, so under duress I agreed and paid. I told the gentleman working that this is unacceptable and he would be hearing from me in the future, I got in the vehicle and left.

    We know you are frustrated with your experience, and can assure you that it was not our intention for you to be dissatisfied with any service you received. This review did not fall on deaf ears, it has been the talk of the shop for several days. The team has been sat down by management individually and discussed every step that was taken, and why it was taken.

    This machine was in pieces upon arrival, and was not running correctly. The owner spoke with you initially, and let you know that we could fix it. Once we dove into this machine, there was multiple issues with getting parts (Arctic Cat Wildcats are notoriously bad for this as this model is no longer being manufactured). Again, the owner spoke with you directly about a few of these issues and let you know at that time the bill was over $550. Admittedly, you seemed frustrated with a lack of communication at this point and it was discussed with you and the team at that time.

    There came a point in this repair where it was going to cost money just to put it back together. This is why we always give estimates of repair, not bids for repair as there are unknowns that can present themselves at any time. This was one of those times. If we would have given you a machine back in more pieces that it arrived, you would have still written a poor review. Our end goal is to always make sure things are fixed when they leave, and this is the path we chose to take with yours.

    Upon arriving to pick it up, there were verbal threats made by you towards my employee as well as racial slurs - there was another employee as a witness here the day you picked up that backs this up. It was mentioned that you recorded the entire conversation, so perhaps you could have brought that in to managements' attention and we could have reached a solution that way,

    It is unfortunate, however, that you instead jumped first into filing complaints with the BBB, disputing CC charges, blasting the business on social media, and writing poor online reviews. Any one of our other customers can attest that an amicable solution can always be reached. The lack of communication goes both ways - you have not communicated with management since you picked this up.

    Rest assured, an employee was let go over this entire situation. That being said, there are several other places in town that fix these types of machines, and we encourage you to shop with them.
