They misdiagnosed an overheating issue on my motorhome even after I told them what I thought was wrong (I was right in the end) and cost me over $2500 for nothing. Management was rude and unapologetic.

When you came in you were so sure that the cooling fan needed to be replaced. We tested the fan, and it had no issues. We could have easily said that the fan needs to be changed, and it would have been more than double the cost to pull the rad and flush it. During our diagnostics we contacted ******* to get a second opinion as we were not seeing anything wrong, and you had expressed again you were so sure it was the cooling fan (again we could have said yes, it's the cooling fan and charged even more to replace that.) However, we knew it was not the cooling fan as ***** (shop *******) has years of experience and multiple certifications to prove it. You also forgot to mention that you had the wrong coolant in your radiator, and you didn't mention that we flushed sludge out of the radiator. You also refused to allow us to test drive your coach after we flushed the rad and put everything back together. We also tested the sensor that came out to be the problem, it had continuity. I would also like to mention you came in on the 21st and we had our work done by the 23rd. You also were in a rush the entire time pressuring us to work faster. However, we appreciate you taking the time to leave this review, though were disappointed by the tone and some of the claims you've made. First off, our goal has always been to provide quality service at fair rates (hence why we have won the best RV Repair with Best of ******************* 3 years straight, Votes are cast by Customer and the public.) While we understand that you were frustrated by the situation, the issues you experienced were properly diagnosed based on the information we had available at the time (which was the information you provided.) Its unfortunate that the resolution didnt immediately fix the issue, but our team followed the manufacturers recommendations, which is standard practice. Regarding your interaction with ****, we do not tolerate disrespectful behavior towards any of our staff (which you were disrespectful.) However, your comment about the "vanity plate" and Gregs vehicle is unnecessary, and unhelpful **** has worked hard to get where he is in his life, and you have no idea how he got there and the sacrifices he made. Whats more important is the quality of the work and service we provide not personal judgments about someones appearance or possessions. Its also worth noting that, while you seem to feel that the repair wasnt done correctly, you did ultimately receive the consultation and support you asked for. Your decision to bypass the fan temp sensor and continue on your way is your prerogative, but we stand by our assessment and the work completed. Were not here to make excuses, but to deliver service based on experience and manufacturer guidelines. If your expectations werent met, we genuinely regret that, but theres no reason to undermine our credibility over it. If you choose to go elsewhere in the future, we wish you the best of luck, though we stand by our teams professionalism and knowledge. Let's not forget the additional work we preformed and did not charge you for. In the end we know we are not perfect and make mistakes, but we try and do our best for every customer that comes through the door.  Last but not least I will mention Mr. ********* submitted a complaint to the attorney generals.  I responded to the complaint and also provided a video phone call to them.  They dismissed the complaint and found we did nothing wrong.  I would be happy to provide that recording if requested.

Took our motorhome in twice for some maintenance on our Oasis heating system. Each time it was supposedly fixed however after the second trip and over $5000 it still was not. After the last trip I talked to the owner **** and claimed I was starting to lose confidence in their work and asked him how he was going to make it right. I asked him to find out from his technician what specifically they did to test the system the last time and he said they ran it for two days with heat and water. I can tell you that is a lie because when I hooked up water to clean and sanitize the system some residual winterizing fluid came out so they clearly didnt run water through the system. Also, the customer service rep said they ran it for a day, so which is it? **** doesnt know. Well, during the second phone call **** started raising his voice with me and ended up hanging up on me, most likely because I was calling him out on the dishonest things I was seeing and he didnt want to do the right thing. Also, I was charged $300 more than originally quoted for 2 replacement parts with no resolution even after asking twice. The management of this company is incompetent, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Beware.

The first time ************** brought the coach in was over a year ago.  When it left our shop it worked great, we offer a 90 day parts and labor warranty and did not hear from him in that time frame.  Forward to a couple weeks ago, ************* called us with issues he was having with his oasis system again.  He wanted to talk with our technician about it as we could not get him in right away.  He talked with our technician and then self diagnosed his unit.  He called back asking us to overnight parts from oasis and to see if we could get the parts installed that he had requested we order.  We did not diagnose the issue and did not recommend the parts, this was ************** decision.  He then dropped off the unit and we installed the parts, as requested by **************.  We tested the oasis system and it ran with no issues for us.  It did take longer than the estimated time we quoted. That's why it's just an estimate.  It has not been over 5000 for repairs on the oasis, ************** knows we have done a lot more work than that.  Back to when ************** picked up his unit on Thursday, we didn't hear back from him till Friday morning, saying we didn't know what we were doing and wanting his money back.  Again, we offer a 90 day parts and labor warranty and told him we would not give him his money back, but if he would bring it back, we would take care of him.  He did not want to do this and since he self diagnosed and asked us to overnight the parts we were not going to offer a refund and he did not like that he then began to tell us we were incompetent and a bad shop and we were not going to listen to that so we ended the call.  We strive to take care of all the customers who walk through the door, new or repeat customers get the same treatment.  We go above and beyond for everyone.  Our reviews speak for us, but we also have our limits and have to draw a line in the sand when customers start being rude to us.
