      This Company is a RipOff. 1. The information of where this business is located is incorrect, they go yeah we know. 2. We called the number few times no answer, yesterday and they finally call us back today. 3. Show up early morning and the guy is acting like he is so busy and followed him and not one car he was towing. 4. Asked for an itemized bill and he does not want to give. 5. Had to fight with him to get the bill and lied that my bank needed it. 6. Added another $200 additional to what the bill was and stated he had to get a special truck for my car at first and then when I asked him that is just normal car, why did you need a special town truck, the Gr started to make another excuse. 7. Tried to level with the guys about the bill and explained I can understand an $100 or even $120 but sometimes is hard for thieves to understand. 8. When I spoke about calling the police, he said not to worry he will have a sheriff with him here as he has a in on it something like that 9. Called the manager, very rude. explained the information to him and my first initial calls were at 3:30 and he doesnt answer till 4:47 and tells me he can only service impound till 5pm Why do you have 24 hour service sign and no other times listed on it. Its important to understand that if it says 24hours hey its 24hrs. Common Courtesy
