    A couple months back our primary care provider was unavailable, and we decided to go to Just 4 Kids in ***********. Our experience at your facility was one of the worst we have had. After waiting for two hours finally Calliah and Kelseas names were called. My wife immediately communicated that these girls have an ear infection, they have been tugging on their ears and saying they hurt and have been coughing up and blowing out green phlegm. We are not doctors but as parents you know when something is wrong with your kids. A covid and flu test was done on ****** only, both were negative. We were told to just give then ** profen and Tylanol and that they were fine. My wife again said there is no way they are ok, they have an ear infection and phlegm and need an antibiotic. She was shut down and told to just cycle the ** Profen and Tylanol. That night was a miserable night as our kids were not cared about by your staff and mis-diagnosed. We had to go somewhere else for care, it was confirmed that they had the ear infection and did in fact need an antibiotic and we were told that its ridiculous that you guys blew us off like that and there was no excuse for not prescribing an antibiotic as the ear infection was very bad already. We recieved bills that we were way overcharged for services provided due to this being a failure. I spoke to a manager who said he would make this right and he did not keep his word. The charges should be waived but at very least should have been split between us and Just 4 kids to make this fair. I would also say for what was done the charges were way higher than anywhere else i have been. If we can get a revised bill for each child with the charges reduced by 50% for a total of $225.00 that would reflect the 50/50 split that was discussed with the manager and i would pay immediately. I have been trying to get this resolved since November 2024 and want to get this put behind us.
