    I ordered online thru their app for a delivery. They use Door Dash to do their deliveries. I. Gave them our address that we have ordered from them several times and received our food. Well this time the driver went to a completely different house. And sent us a picture of it being delivered. Was not our house. So I called Burger King to have it remade or re delivered and was promptly and rudely told that they would not refund me the money nor remake it and that I needed to call Door Dash I asked what the number was and she said you dont have to worry about it cuz its already there and then hung up on me. I called back and asked for the general manager and she said she was the ** of which I know better so I again asked for the number to door dash of which she replied again to look it up and she will not be giving it. So I did and called door dash of which they offered to have it remade and they called the store and the store told door dash they would but then when the dasher got there they wanted another payment for the food and then promptly cancelled the order. I would like my money back and an apology from said manager in writing.

    The order in question was placed through, paid for and managed by ********. The restaurant is unable to intervene in these situations as the order is controlled by Door Dash. Our manager tried referring the Guest to ********, but the Guest was very irritated when this was explained. The Guest reached out to Burger King Corporation and he was issued a full refund. See attached.
