      This company has poor quality merchandise for the price point, poor customer service, and screens any reviews on their websites to only post positive reviews. They sent a new Revolution 2.0 Plus ($379) jacket with a post torn and inside stuffing coming out of it. Upon contacting the company, they said I can find a seamstress and they will reimburse me without addressing my time/inconvenience. Alternatively, I can return the defective jacket and pay for return shipping out of pocket. The customer was burdened by their poor quality control and instead they offered me $10 in pocket points for a future purchase. This seems absurd after this experience that I would want to purchase any more defective products from this company & get it fixed by a local seamstress on my own time. I don't recommend purchasing from this company.

      **************** is a joke. They say the *** reads every submitted comment, so after calling them out on this, he called me. They recognized that they had a faulty product and quit selling it (rhinestone zipper wasnt functional & finally decided to quit offering the product). I had a Bling Rhinestone ***** jacket that after extremely light usage quit working altogether (zipper totally malfunctioned) & a new one hanging in my closet that I finally just sold off because Im not cool with a company not standing by the products they sell. He basically told me he stood by his decision to offer me $20 in rewards points toward my next purchase. Their products start on average around $150+. Needless to say, these jackets are hella expensive & they have many zippers. If a company doesnt stand by their products or their patrons, they dont deserve good ratings. Ive lost total respect for and desire to purchase from this company. I gave them the opportunity to work with me before these posts. They refused. As promised, reviews are being publicly posted.
