    We had a great experience buying from Sun Valley Saunas. They were super knowledgeable and friendly and the sauna we got is amazing!

    Thought I was getting a ***** local company experience but they are just dropshipping everything. My order was heavily delayed and they never reached out to give me updates, I had to constantly badger them to figure out what was going on. They have the same prices as anywhere else, so in the future I would go somewhere with better service. Would not recommend.

    We bought a sauna from here back in December. We chose this company because the owner and ******, the customer service rep, were both very personable and nice! They answered all my questions and really made us feel comfortable with this purchase. After receiving the sauna in January, we realized there was something wrong with the sauna as it was taking over 2 hours to heat up. I contacted them thinking it would be a smooth easy repair since they were so great prior to purchasing the sauna. It took 2-3 months and threatening to contact an attorney to even get them to answer any of my calls, emails, and texts. Once I got the owner to answer, he blamed everything on ****** and explained to me he thinks he needs to fire her but then yelled at me because I said that was inappropriate to tell a customer. I really dont care what your internal business issues are, I just wanted my heating issue resolved. He was just very unprofessional during that phone call. He did however promise to get a heating element replacement sent out to me. Now, here we are FOUR MONTHS AFTER THAT PHONE CALL, and I have NOT received the replacement part I was promised. I also have not been able to get in touch with them to get any update on that part. This company is pure trash. Once they received my money, they completely did a ****************************** purchase anything from them because heaven forbid you have an issue with the product. Youll just be out $5,000 and still not able to utilize your product.
