      I bought a used Hay baler from this company. When I bought it they had a complete hay bale in front of the machine and I was told that this was produced by this machine and it is fully operational. I have a picture of this. Upon buying the machine and using it for the first time it would not produce a hay bale and I started to look into the problem I found a missing part at which point I contacted the dealer they gave me the part to use and I installed it and tested it just like they said upon testing it another 2 parts broke which I video taped this happening. I called them they came out and said they wanted to help me a few weeks went by and then I finally heard from them and they are not willing to help me and want me to buy more parts for this machine that I was told and it was marketed as a fully operational machine now my 20 acres of hay that is on the ground because it can't be baled has gone bad and I am stuck with a multi thousand dollar lawn ornament. I would like a resolution to my problem and most of all I don't want this to happen to anybody else as I feel very taken advantage of. I understand anything you buy used could have an issue as I am in sales myself and sell copiers this is no different then if I sold a used copier to a person and they took it home and it printed out paper when they click print but there are no words showing up on the page and then when the customer tells me this I just say it's not my problem but if you pay me more money I can make it work for you. This is absolutly horrible business.

      The receipt provided by the complainant is not from ************* but from a company we purchased 11 months after their transaction.  This was an item not purchased from ************* and was purchased as is, where is.  There is no further assistance we can provide.

      it waa sold as is as a working operating machine and it does not operate or work it was clearly marketed with a complete hay bale with the machine the salesmen ****** said it was fully operational and the bale was produced on the machine when clearly it was not a operational machine and was not properly marketed.
