  I had ******* worth of work done, 2 caps both out of pocket. I had a root canal and a cap put on tooth number 11 by Dr ************************* DMD, and last week Tooth number 11 came out, cap and all, I asked for a refund since this was out of pocket, the cap on tooth 11 came out on July 15, 2023 at 5:38pm in the evening, and I called and talked to **** on July 17, 2023, and she said the doctor was on vacation, a vacation I paid for out of my own pocket. The Dr got back today on July 24, 2023, and I called and spoke to **** at 9:15am this morning. I just got a call from **** who handles Dr ******************** insurance and all, at 5::05 pm today, and said there would be no refund on the 1 crown on tooth 11 that also had a root canal. That business owes me ******* dollars, They put in 2 more crowns this year about a month ago. I have a different dentist now, And the new dentist said a post is usually put in on a tooth that has had a root canal, This dentist Dr ************************* did not do that. I would not trust him or his business for any kind of dental work, It's one big rip off, to be more ***** about it, the dentist in question Dr ************************* don't know what the f*** he is doing, and has to many patients to give a dam. Just as long as he can milk your insurance, I don't recommend the dentist to anyone, I even told them 4 months before I came in that there was a smell coming from tooth 11 when I flossed, and Dr ************************* after my dental appointment said there was nothing wrong with the tooth, they said they only guarantee crowns for 2 yrs, They waited till after the fact so they would not have to give me a refund, which is very dishonest. Don't go to Deluxe Dental at *************************************************************** for any kind of dental problems, and **** his office manager has lied to me on more than one occasion, don't trust this business for anything, I mean this dentist is 21 yrs younger than me and don't know what the f*** he's doing,/*************************

  TERRIBLE business folks. the reviews on ****** show whom is charge of the social media does not care for patients. i had the receptionist come from behind the counter to put me out the door, she was yelling saying ' i was ******* her off ', due to the fact she told me that i expect everything for free ( i am a ******** patient). shame on **** for talking to patients like such.

  I would give negative stars if possible. Husband went in for emergency dental care, multiple teeth needing addressed. They asked which tooth hurt the most, took an xray of that one spot. They didn't look at nor address any remaining problem teeth. One being abscesses. They turned him away. Nothing more than a "go ask these other guys". Their website claims they do sedation dentistry, my husband has anxiety from childhood dentist trauma, so it was a feat. To get him to go even with the immense pain he is in, only for them to turn him away. Not any sort of compassion or manners. Rude and dismissive. I wouldn't trust these people with hungry hippo teeth.
