    Order and Lack of Communication:I placed an order with Bootleg Incorporated for a backordered ************************ on June 12, 2024. The order number is OL22120. On August 1, the company provided an update stating that carriers were expected to arrive mid-August and that retail orders would be fulfilled first. Despite several months passing, I have received no further updates or communication regarding the status of my order.Unanswered Inquiries and Attempts to Resolve:I have made multiple attempts to contact Bootleg Incorporated to resolve this issue:I sent follow-up emails on December 2, 2024, and again on December 5, 2024, requesting an update on the order.I attempted to call the company on December 4, 2024, but received no response.I also sent a text message on December 4, 2024, and reached out via Instagram to inquire about my order. None of these efforts have been acknowledged or responded to by the company.Current Status and Desired Resolution:Due to Bootleg Incorporateds failure to deliver the product or provide adequate communication, I no longer wish to receive the item and request a full refund of $199.99, the amount I paid.
