    Spa maintenance Solutions was contacted about two weeks ago to diagnose and repair my spa. He arrived and diagnosed two pumps needed replacement and required a check for $971.50 for the pumps. He returned 4 days later to install the pumps. During the installation **** broke the pump connection plumbing and stated he would order the part and return the following day. After committing to return numerous times he was due to arrive today at 10 am. He has not called or returned to complete the work.     11/09/22 INVOICE NUMBER ***** CAME OUT TO DIAGNOSE PROBLEM WITH OUR HOT TUB WE WERE TOLD IT NEEDED A NEW PUMP, WE SUGGESTED THAT THEY PUT IN A NEW FUSE THEY SAID NO THEY TOLD US HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE $675.00 INSTALLED WITH A YEAR WARRANTY. THEY WANTED THE FULL AMOUNT AS WE TRIED TO PAY HALF DOWN AND BALANCE ON INSTALLATION, WE GAVE THEM A CHECK FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. TWO WEEKS LATER A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE CAME WITH THE PUMP AND HAD TO LEAVE TO GO GET A FUSE. UPON RETURNING HE SAID IT NEEDED DIFFERENT WIRING AND LEFT PUMP UNINSTALLED. WE HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS WITH ONLY ONE RESPONSE IN JANUARY THAT THEY HAD THE WIRING AND WOULD BE OUT THE NEXT WEEK, THEY DID NO SHOW. WE CALLED THE *** CENTER ON FAIRVIEW AS THEY HAD RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO US, THEY PROMISED TO GET THEM OUT TO OUR HOME OR SEND ANOTHER COMPANY AT THEIR EXPENSE. ALSO NO SHOW.ON FEBRUARY 11, 2023 WE WROTE REQUESTED A FULL REFUND OF THE $675.00, AND TO KEEP THE PUMP IF THEY COULD NOT RETURN OUR ORIGINAL, WITHIN 10 DAYS. NO RESPONSE

    We had the owner of this business, ***********************, put a new pump in our spa last October. He charged us $813. to do the work. Within a month, the pump/motor started making a surging sound/turning on and off. We contacted him right away--he listened to the motor over cell phones and said it sounded like it was a bad pump and that he'd contact 'the friend' he got the motor from. We haven't heard from him again, despite 3 months of leaving voice mails, texts, e-mails to his business. No response at all. We plan to have another contractor replace the pump because we want to use our spa, but would like a refund from ****, since he has made no effort to replace the defective pump

    ************** whos the owner of the company to fix my hot tub. He supposedly fixed the tub and charged me 1k. There was no information on the pieces he replaced so I have no idea where they came from. He replaced them leas than 6 months ago. I have contacted him several times starting about a month ago and he said the piece was under warranty and he will take care of it. He has stopped answering my calls and responding to text. He only answered my last phone call because I called from a different phone number. He is a thief and a liar and i hope nobody ever brings him business again. I will be filing a law suit or at the very least a small claims case.

    All dates are 2022 Spa Maintenance Solutions ( SMS)Overview After sincere, and patient good faith efforts I am forced to contact BBB regarding SMS, a local company who with no other description "ripped me off" regarding fraudulent service. July9th *************************/SMS/ arrived at our home, after diagnosis of our Jacuzzi/Winchester Hot Tub, we were told we needed a new control board. The replacement circuit board was ordered per SMS Inv # *****..The receipt has no manufacturer info or catalog #.July 15th ***************** arrived arrived and installed the new ordered circuit board. Be advised he was provided with the original instruction booklet from *********** The new circuit board was the wrong part, he bought a circuit board for a 2/pump unit with a circulation pump, our unit does not have a circulation pump. After some promises to fix the problem with a different microchip, the microchip was ordered from *****, **.July 20th I contacted SMS to be sure to keep me updated as to when the microchip would ship from ***** to *****.July 22nd I requested shipping & tracking for the replacement microchip, none was available.July 28th Another week has passed & SMS's *********************** is not communicating to me in regards to the microchip, no shipping info or tracking #. Finally, late that day another promise the chip was forthcoming.Aug 8th 10 more days, no contact, requested ***************** locate the part from another supplier, I'm ow a month into this problem. Becoming suspicious, I contacted his supplier ********* Plumbing in *****, confirming the part shipped & SMS received it. I have a copy of the order Inv # S1394312-0001.Aug 12th Late Friday the 12th, I received a phone call that the part had arrived and installation was scheduled for Monday Aug. 15th at 11:00 AM.In Closing Needless to say Aug 15th arrived again SMS was nowhere to be seen. I chased him down via cell phone and was told he was not not coming. No Contact since. I'm out $ ******. On SMS Inv# *****
