We opened a HELOC with LCCU on August 5th 2022. Using the line of credit to redo our home. We received no bills for a couple months even though we had spent money. We finally got notification of our first payment in October. We had to call them with a debit card to make the payments. We got nothing from them in the mail until January 2023. After they reported a late payment to credit monitoring. The only reason we knew this was credit karma. No statements in 2022. They were making a new app for banking during October and messed up on the late report. I will attach the letter that said that from the manager. We then made our payments but had to call them in each month. And it came out on our banks end as a cash advance in our e statements. Weird. Fishy. In April my wife called in and was told the payment was $550 we made the payment. 2 months later we were informed of a late payment via credit karma again! When I went once again to the bank they stated that the payment was supposed to be $555 and that they tried to call me, and text me multiple times. I never received a call text or notification on the app. Or mail or my phone. We had money in other accounts to pay the $5 we had no clue were were short! We filed disputes and they refuse to admit the mistake was on them. We have made all of our other payments to them with no late fees. We have never been late on a mortgage payment in our lives. We feel they are trying to keep us in this loan and or steal our home valued over 600000$ over a 60k loan. They refuse to admit there employees mistake and need to be held accountable for there actions.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have clearly shown that the bank messed up telling us our payment amount.  Here is the picture of the link they provided in July via text.  Well after they sent us a bad **** on our credit for a late mortgage payment.  It wasnt late it was $5 short and they didnt notify us till we found out from credit Karma.  They are trying to damage our credit and keep us in high interest heloc.  They are fully aware that you cant get a cash out refinance with a late mortgage payment showing in your report. That is why they did this.

      Sincerely,

I have received monthly statements from lccu.  They have been unable to provide proof of late statements, email or phone calls for the $5 short payment they have falsely reported on my credit.  They did send me a payment reminder via text in July.  It says $550 as well.  I will attach it.  I will also attach the new way of paying that doesnt work properly.  This will be the third way to make a payment on this heloc weve had to adjust to.  It is ridiculous.  It will not accept the full payment of $555z. Reached out to ****** about it.  No response.  Here is the payment reminder link they sent via text after they had already turned me in to credit monitoring.  This was in early July.
