    I went to miracle ear for a free hearing test and wax removal and then they made another apt for a hearing aid fitting ,so i went back and was fitted with the hearing aids so i put 100 dollars down for deposit and wore the hearing aids for that day,they hurt my ears and i didnt like them sounded like i was in tin can.so i took back next day but receptionist wouldnt take them and told me to bring them back on appt with ******************* so i did, but he wouldnt take them back and told me to take them with me and he would figure something out and he would call me but all he was doing was putting me off so 30 days **uld pass by ! Anyway i waited 2 days and decided to mail them back to him with delivery receipt requested !! I didnt hear anything untill loan ** put loan on my credit and called me to tell me i had payment due,so i called them to cancell loan and explained why,any way after a week or 2 went by i inquired about loan and was told miraclear returned part of it but there was a balance left of **** dollars which miracle ear kept for processing fee,totally deceptive practice, and obviously they dont care about their customers satisfaction or their opinion,they didnt even care that they hurt my ears or why,*** said that he **uld adjust them and that its a progress that takes at least 12 appts to get them right,and then he told me how hes so overworked having over **** patients !! I dont have the time to deal with making that many appts ,and dealing with the time it takes to get another appt to see him,theres only 1 guy ,him for this location !! I wont do business with any **mpany that treats their customers like i got treated !! All he was worried about was explain to his bosses why i didnt want them !! Not that they hurt my ears and i didnt want them,isnt customer satisfaction #1 ,or just keeping your #s up for sales,!! And you dont refuse to take them back! As to give the customer no choice !!

    ******************** tried to reach Miracle Ear for 4 days after receiving the response on 6/13/23. Since no specific phone number was included in the response, he called the phone number he could find online. However, the calls were passed on to different departments and he could not speak with anyone to resolve the issue. Despite Miracle Ears promise to have someone call back ******************** back, no call has been received since. Therefore, the issue remains unresolved.
