On March 29, 2021, Better Business Bureau was alerted to an online retail business operating under the name Wineadors.com, http://www.wineadors.com, with an advertised address of 706 Bryden Avenue Lewiston, Idaho 83501, telephone 208-413-4730. Consumers allege the items they have purchased are not delivered and customer service does not respond to their requests for assistance regarding delivery and refunds.
The Idaho Secretary of State reports Wineadors and Wineadors.com are not licensed businesses in the state of Idaho and the business address used by Wineadors.com is a single-family dwelling located in a residential neighborhood in Lewiston, Idaho.
On March 29, 2021 and April 12, 2021, BBB reached out to the business regarding the consumer complaints, however, as of April 23, 2021, the business has not responded.
