September 4, 2023: I placed an order for three cigar humidor Spanish cedar drawers from Wineadors.com. (Part: Audew JC48A/300, Needone48L 300 & Tooka JC48 3 drawer set)Cost plus shipping: $121.00 paid in full with a Discover Card.Order #: Order No. ******** I sent several requests asking the status of the order:- Received a response 10/3/2023: "Will he finished up either this week or next. Supplier is late getting Spanish cedar in they tell me it'll be here this week, so depending on how quick it shows up, I'll have yours done later this week, or into next week."- On 12/4/2023 I asked again about the status of my order and received an email on 12/9/2023 that my order was in the process on being shipped and given a *** tracking # 1Z9R17590313806848 - I received nothing. I checked with *** on 1/10/2024 and learned that the packaged had been never given to ***. I asked Wineadors - via email on 1/10/2024 - when the package would be sent out. I placed an order through their website on 4/21/2023 order number *********. On 5/10/23 I emailed them for an update on my order and received a reply promptly stating that my order was being completed and shipped out at the end of that week and I should have tracking info at the end of the week. I never received the info and sent a follow up email on 5/15 and 5/18 requesting an update. On 5/19 I received an email with shipment confirmation and tracking number 1Z9R17590313361659 which stated *** was waiting for the items, which remains the current status. 5/24, 5/27 and 6/6 emails were sent asking for updates. Received two automatic replies stating they were out of the shop but never a follow up. Even sent an email through their website with no reply. I would just like my order shipped and updated info since my card was charged almost 2 months ago.Customer Answer

Two years ago I ordered a $400 humidor on this man's website. My credit card was charged. I left more than twenty messages for him on his listed phone, none of which has ever been returned. I never received the humidor I paid for.Initial Complaint

On 7-9-2022 I purchased drawers for my humidor from wineadors.com in the amount of $242 order number *********. On 8-22-2022 I emailed the company for an update. Received a generic email about office hours and days. No response. I emailed the company again on 9-15-2022. The company responded saying they will get them shipped out tomorrow (9-16-22). They created a shipping label with *** on 9-20-2022. So I wait a few weeks to see if they ship out. On 10-12-2022 the shipping labels was canceled and I once again email wineadors.com, no response. I email again on 10-18-2022 asking for a refund since I have not heard a response. I emailed them on 11-13-2022 letting them know I will be contacting the BBB. So thats where Im at.Initial Complaint

Seller is completely non-responsive. He responded almost immediately to a pre-sale product question. He has not communicated even once since the sale almost a year ago. I gave him some additional time and leeway due to COVID-19 impacting small businesses, and also understanding that he is a craftsman making handmade goods. A simple online search for "wineadors.com" will show that numerous other customers have had the same experience, with few ever receiving the items they purchased or even getting any form of communication back.Initial Complaint

Business stole money from and lied about resolving the delayed shipping issue. Still hasnt shipped and wont refund my money and is ignoring my attempts to contact him
