  ** Stolen Off Their Lot Do not go to this business. They are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. They use unsecured and unmonitored locations for storage and have shady business practices.We brought our camper, a Jayco Jayflight, in for repairs at the end of September. We showed the employee the damage we wanted a quote to fix, and they said they would take care of it. Two months later we got the call that the camper was finished and ready to be picked up. I asked about the quote we were supposed to get, and they said nobody else knew about it, but they will get the quote for us. I called in January to ask about the quote again and was assured that it is normal that these things take a long while to get, so we waited to hear from them. In April, ***** eventually called back and gave me the quote. I asked for some time to think about it and talk it over and he agreed. We ultimately decided to not do the quote. I called, arranged pickup and asked if they could de-winterize the ** by pick up day. They said it would be ready to go.On pickup day, the owner, ***** ***********, assured me it was completed, then added it to the invoice and charged us. He told me our camper was out back in a separate lot. Our ** was nowhere to be seen. We went back in and ***** said if our camper isnt out there, then he doesnt know where it is, and that it is our problem. He kept blaming us for it being gone because we left it with them for so long, then said he should charge us for storage. He also took no accountability for any of the problems we faced working with them, and blew us off. We ended up filing a police report. They clearly had no idea our camper was even stolen. They clearly parked it in a back-alley lot where someone saw it and took it, and not a single employee over the course of all this time even noticed it was gone. This place is shady, disorganized, and unprofessional. They do not deserve anyones business.

  They installed the wrong plugin ***** on my dad's rv it burned up and when I called the owner basically said he can die fir all he cares go get a lawyer it's not their problem

  AVOID! OMG, find a reputable dealership, Do your research.Mobile RV Mechanic was pleasant, however the credit card I used, was called in was then overcharged. I called on 7/12 to inquire about the overcharge and was told that it was a Credit Card processing fee and that it is clearly posted in the dealership.AVOID! This was a mobile RV service call!AVOID! ** said he has no ************* back the charge and I have to pay them. I asked "When was I supposed to be told about CC transaction fees?" "His reply, it is posted at the dealership!" Ugh...AVOID! Again, the mobile guy was kind and is a credit to himself and his work, however the ** is rude and unapologetic to their oversight.AVOID! When I advised that I would be forced to dispute the charge, I was told that they would stop doing business with me. Really? As if after this experience I would want anything to do with them either. I guess he wanted the 'first strike"? lol AVOID! I stated that I would be sharing my experience with my unfortunate review. He said he did not care.AVOID AVOID AVOID.
