    If I could rate a zero, I would. Went in there for tires to be balanced on August 15th, 2024. They balanced the tires and proceeded to tell us the caliper was bad on our rig. Which had just been changed. We brushed it off and went to pay the bill for our tires being balanced. The person working the counter told us no charge and have a nice day. So we left. On August 16th, 2024 we had an appointment for an alignment to be done, which they then told us they could not do and gave us a huge list of things wrong. Again, whatever. However, when we went in to get the rig, we were then charged for our tires being balanced, 12 days ago! Which, we had already tried to pay for. ****** said that it was not fair we were not charged and we had a verbal agreement over the phone. Which we argued is why we tried to pay when the work was done. This is an employee problem. I do not recommend to anyone to go there unless they want to be punished for other workers not doing what they are supposed to. Let alone being told your rig has tons of problems with it, when it does not necessarily have those issues. I cannot express how disappointed I am at the poor service here and being charged 12 days later for one of the staff not doing it on the date it had the work done.
