    I paid $1800 on February 11,2022 for them to videotape my wedding on July 02,2022. They arrived at the wedding (I have pictures of them there) and recorded video. I have not heard from them since the wedding on July 02,2022, even after attempting to email and call multiple times to receive the video footage of our wedding that we paid for. I have also found their website has been removed and multiple complaints for the same issue from the same month. I would like the full amount of my money back and if at all possible, I would like our video, even if it is just the raw footage as well.

    Hello, in July of 2021 we were connected with Movement Media in Lewiston about completing a wedding video for our wedding on July 23rd, 2022. They have not completed services previously paid for, and have not been in contact with us since September 7th, 2022, despite our repeated attempts to contact them.

    At the Bridal Fair in July 2021, my wife, Allyson, provided the media company with a down payment for the wedding video which was $500. We were also invoiced on 7/17/22 for $640 and paid that amount. We have receipts for both payments.

    Following the wedding, on September 7th, 2022, my wife contacted the company to ask when we could expect our video and it was stated that they believed the video process would be wrapping up on or about Oct. 1, 2022. "It typically takes a couple of months to compile everything. I will keep you updated how it is going, but going to shoot for the first of next month. Thank you guys!"

    Since this exchange on September 7th, we have tried to contact Movement Media and its owner ***** ******* by written electronic communication on more than 10 occasions. We also have placed numerous phone calls to his office. Our next step is to send registered mail, and then we plan to pursue recouping our money in small claims court.

    In addition to not returning any of our communications, Bryce has taken down his Youtube page, which adds concern to us that we have paid for services that we will never receive.
