    We have been in our new home for almost 2 years and still can not use the master shower due to leaking through the grout. The " 2 sink " vanity was made for one sink but they super glued the drawers shut and made a hole for a 2nt sink. The roof was leaking into our garage and when they came to " fix " the ruined drywall they put two holes in it and left. They forgot to connect the venting in the crawl space so all of our propane was going to heat the crawl space tell we had someone come in for a different reason. We had to pay a different company to do that. Our home was to come with a air conditioner. I asked the contractor and he showed me the receipt for it but had put it into a different home he was building. We had to pay 6k out of pocket to have one installed plus paid for the one that was supposed to come with the house. I could go on and on about how terrible this company is. We would have been better off to buy a 100 year old home then to have K-squared build a new home for us.
