We hired ASAP Septic last June ************************************************** ****, *****. We paid the $1000.00 up front for a test hole which the company did. We then gave them $12,000 for the 1st half of work to start July 22, 2022. After numerous phone calls and texts they began and the owner telling us his truck was broke down installation didn't start until October of 2022 when just the drain field was installed. They then said they would have to resume the next spring once the snow had melt. After no communication from the owner we started initiating phone calls in March 2023 to get the septic installation done. Again, numerous phone calls and texts to be informed by the owner he is no longer installing septic systems and referred us to another business. We asked for our $12,000.00 back on June 21, ********************************************************************************************************************* that amount. We don't know what that amount was as we never settled on that amount. We have never received a check in any amount and he is again not answering texts or phone calls and his website now says they are closed temporally. The resolution we are seeking is a refund in the amount we paid for the work not completed. The office assistant did tell us he has moved to ****** to open a fishing boat business. We fear that if he has done this with us he has done this to others.

-on 7/6/22 I agreed to the quote provided by the company owner/operator for a full, advanced septic system install with "lift station" for $27,200.00 -they required a partial payment prior to work beginning. on 7/13/22 my check for $13,600.00 was deposited/cashed by the company owner/operator -they did a portion of the work/install, but said they needed to wait until we had our finish floor grade figured out before he could complete the rest of the install. he requested another $7,600.00 and said I could pay the remaining $6,000.00 upon completion -on 8/8/22 my check for $7,600.00 was deposited/cashed by the company owner/operator. -given the project is in Cascade we have limited time during the year for ground work/excavation, but he said not to worry, we would finish it in 2023 -the owner now says he has stopped doing septic installs, and only does pumping and septic servicing. he told be he sold all his excavation equipment and could no longer finish my install. he assured me he would get me taken care of and referred me to another company that supplied the equipment for system. -they other company gave me a new quote of $13,800+ to finish the job. they said $6,000.00 to finish the job would not be possible, and that it would not even cover the cost of the rest of the equipment they need to finish the install. I over-paid for the work that was actually even completed. -the owner of the original company said he would look at the numbers and try to figure out how to make it right, but now he will not respond to my phone calls or my text messages. he also will no longer respond to the second company that he said "would take care of me"-being as they did not follow through with the agreed upon contract of work, he should re-imburse me for the second check that I paid for $7,600. that would make-up for the cost of what every other company will be charging me to finish the job. I essentially already paid for all the excavation work that did not get finished.
