    Terrible business. Called to request clarification on their CC&R's multiple times, and all times I was told they would follow up and get me an answer on my question. Which they never did, so I reached out to them 3 separate times to follow up, still to no response. Then out of nowhere I receive a notice from them to meet with their board to assess me a fine on what I was seeking clarification on, AND they are charging me $45 for mailing me a piece of paper, which could have been emailed. Aside from that, their fees that they have assessed to the community, are inflated and have services listed that were never performed (for example, snow removal in the community). I was the first person living in this community and have not once seen snow removal performed, not that it snows much in the valley anyway, but every year they have it listed that it was performed. Can't say enough negative things about this "company".

    Very poor management. Seem to have some kind of partnership with cbh that is not disclosed. They dont answer the phone they dont answer emails and if you show up to office on any given day you will be told a different answer.

    Called to speak with someone about my ***************. Have not received a bill but had a feeling it should be due soon. Sent Email and voicemails. Got a balance but have no idea where to send and when its due.Got a text message. Is it so hard to pick up phone and speak to me?

    MGM Management promises never happen. Collect *************** and do nothing for residents and no enforcement of HOA rules. Neighborhood great place to store boats cars Rvs park overnight abandoned cars and no common area upkeep. What are we paying for?

    Contrary to MGM's replies to negative reviews, they do not reply within 6 hours. Still waiting for a reply from JULY 27TH. We will not be paying our dues until a competent company can manage our Association. I've waited a bit to post a review on this management company to give them the benefit of the doubt but they didn't show up for an HOA meeting, 1/3 of the dues for the year haven't been collected and we've asked landscaping to be addressed since the beginning of May and it still has not been addressed. Aside from all of that, they are pretty unresponsive unless you follow up one the topic and even then, all you get is the runaround and nothing is actually done. Hopefully this will get their attention and our subdivision will be maintained to the extent we expect, pay for and is in our CC&R's.

    MGM management is horrible I moved in in September of 2022 my title company paid my half and CBH paid the other Im still getting billed extra for it and now theres a bunch of fees CBH has talked to them and told them they have the records of them depositing the check and my title company as well have talked to then and told them the same thing but they dont care there out to steal as much money as they can from people. They do not call you back they text and that takes hours and then they just stop responding. Horrible company they need to be audited to see how many people they have screwed over
