    On 06/09/2025 at 10 am in the *********************** neighborhood of *********** I observed an Individual taking pictures of houses. I went outside to ask what he was doing and he replied Im with the *** and your trailer is in violation I told him to leave us alone and we are sick of the hoa. He then put his car in park and walked fast towards me saying what are you going to do about it. I told him Ill show you and turned around to tell my wife to call the police. At that time he drove away so I followed him to get his license plate. The argument continued where he exited his vehicle again and stuck his arm in my truck window shaking with anger. We exchanged words and he told me he wants to beat my a** and to lawyer up. I called snake river property management and the owner **** didnt care at all. They are harassing and bullies. They need to be held accountable.

    Per the complainants' own words where he states that when he approached my compliance persons vehicle he was told that "I'm with the **** should have been the end of it, because we identified ourselves while we were doing our job as contracted by ****** ***** ***. 

    Whether or not he is "sick of the **** per his words is irrelevant.  We have a job to do which includes onsite inspections for possible violations per the complainants' HOA's governing documents. If we do not do these onsite inspections, we would be in breach of our management contract with his HOA.  

    It's important for Mr. ******** to understand that we (Snake River HOA Management) did not create his HOA's governing documents, they are not our rules, they are his HOA's rules that he agreed to abide by when he moved into the subdivision. 

    I would ask that Mr. ******** not interfere and allow us to do our job without provocation.

    Snake river hoa is harassing me over leaves that have fallen since I last picked them up. The majority of neighbors are in the same situation. Snake river is targeting me from a prior bbb complaint. I want them to stop with any and all unnecessary and frivolous complaints. This is stupid and enough is enough.

    We are just doing our job that we are contracted to do by the ***** of ********* for ************ HOA.  Part of our job is to report CC&R violations to all owners who are in violation of ************ HOA's governing documents.  He is not the only owner who received a notice to clean up their yard full of leaves.

    Snake River *** is asking me to move some trash cans from where they have been for 14 years. They are only placed where they are because of the problems I have with my disability from the VA and moving them. I plan to construct a fence around them, but the *** has asked for documentation on my VA to justify their location. I have contacted the state VA services and they state I am not required to provide them anything since I am not receiving any payment or compensation from their services. I would like them to stop asking about my level of disability and be reminded of their boundaries and what they can ask.

    This issue is closed on our end because the owner has agreed to move his trash cans behind his column.  We are not disputing his "disability" but we have the right to validate the existence of it.  As you can imagine, if we did not validate the existence of these claims, everyone would say they are disabled and can't adhere to the rules of their HOA.

    Again, this is resolved as far as we are concerned.
