    We originally brought our Yukon in to fix the air conditioning which had gone out. We were met with learning that we needed new front shocks as well as the ** replaced. This was May 10th We paid them for the replacement and work.After a few weeks. Our ac went back out and we had to bring it back in. At first they seemed very helpful and happy to fix the mistakes. They serviced it and again it was working. Quoting that they had put the valves on incorrectly. The very next day after bringing it in. The ** went out again.We were frustrated, but we brought it in again a 3rd time and they stated they needed to replaced a compressor and whole kit to make it work. So we forked out money for the replacement. They kept it for a few days and we picked it up with it working again.After a week it went out a fourth time and we came back in serious frustration. Their team informed us that they put the wrong system in and needed a few days to order and put in. Which they did.This worked for three days after this visit and it went out again. When we came back in for a fifth visit. They said they didnt have the right valve caps in so they put the right ones in.This lead to the last and sixth visit after the ac stopped working after a week. This time they stated the ac had drained all its fluid because a cap was loose and they fixed it. During this sixth visit. A tech inspected it again and stated that we had a shaking motor mount and a thermostat that isnt workingThis new inspection pointed to all the work they have half assed. They recommended us repairing the motor mount and thermostat this was never an issue before. While we picked this up and the Ac is working for the last few days. We noticed the shaking in the car that was never there before.We are not trying to get free work, but this company has really given us an awful experience and we believe the six visits to them they put wrong parts and didnt verify work. They did s**** up our car further.
