      Although I attempted to make a return and wasnt able to as I purchased with an Micheals credit card I just applied for and didnt yet receive, but yet needed to complete the transaction. I did get a call from presumingly the store manger and she stated that they can look up my card number & process the return. It twas a bit too late as I received the card that day as well so I returned the item with the card. I admit I didnt have the patience that I should have and jumped the gun but it was inconvenient and all. Its frustrating knowing the card number could of been looked up potentially saving me a trip back to the store but I understand theres certain things we dont know about and/or dont remember even. So I dont blame the associate that stated I needed the card. Its just as much my fault for not asking. Nevertheless, because she was nice about it when telling me and the associates at this store always seem to be right on top of assisting customers that need something and in reality thats all u can ask for, so thats the reason for 5 stars. Keep up the great work all you wonderful ******* associates. Additionally, thank you for all that you do, I too work in the retail field so I know what it is like and sometimes it anit as easy as it appears!??
