  A dirty place that should be shut down and horrible management, the room was not set up. Our private party host did absolutely nothing. Barely any of the attractions were open I went jumping with the kids and boys on the other side were maliciously throwing *****, saying racial slurs and using very foul language and foul gestures.One of the boys of the church group physically put his hands on my son while I was watching and I had to break up the fight. The boys at my party were going to go tell on them but I told them not to as the situation was resolved. I mitigated the situation by the game having a referee of sorts without getting the employees involved. We then left the doge ball area. I was the only parent actually watching my kids at this place. The same child that pushed my son proceeded to talk vulgarly to me and would try to pick at my son saying he had to have his mommy step in for him and save him from getting his a** kickedmy group was brought up to the front and had their wrist bands clipped. They tried to tell the story but there wasnt much listening. I told the story and they said that multiple complaints were filed on our party all of which were from church group. The childrens party guardian was not even brought up until the situation had to escalate to such a level. The child that caused all the issues in the church group was notorious for this type of behavior (someone in my party had attended the same church and I had a conversation with the mother of the child in my party) I advised the staff to review the video footage as it was not what happened. I retold my story 3 TIMES and we waited for the entirely of the party time while they reviewed it while the other children that were the actual problems taunted us through the window and were able to play without any repercussions on their part. We were then told to leave the party room. And before we even left I was told to tell the story a 4th time. I am beyond done with this place

  Do not book a birthday party with Urban Air. Go to ******, or anywhere else. Talk about "buyer's remorse".... The whole thing is a scam. We even went with their "Ultimate Package", which, just being honest, was an outrageous amount! But we thought that it would mean we would have a great time, and everything would be taken care of. "Just supply the cake" "(They) take care of the rest..." What a huge lie. What a scam. I think about the amount of money we spent for that package, and it makes me sick... ************ even from the very start was non-existent. We could barely get assistance even at the front counter. The girl there was obviously not excited to be there, and less excited to help us. We could barely get anything beyond one word responses from her. We got more and more confused and frustrated with every passing minute we were in that facility. Then our party host, or whatever it is called, led us to a room....and that was just about the extent of him as our "host". It was everything we could do to get any further assistance, or direction. We had to **** him down every time we had even the simplest question...and found him maybe 5% of the time... We got cardboard pizza, and not enough plates/forks/napkins to accommodate our party. Had to use cardboard from the pizza box to put cake on. And the pizza was it. No balloons. No service. No nothing. It was a complete scam. Filled out their little review sheet afterward, feeling bad about how frustrated we were from the start, and decided to go with an "ok" score, because we just wanted out of there. But leaving, and feeling more frustrated that we didn't get to express how horrible the experience was from the perspective of the parents. ...And they had the audacity to pressure us for a tip!!!
