    Email sent to company on 12/8 I gave Tristian a deposit for the installation of my sideyard fence on 11/16/23. Due to several reschedules, I called ******* on 11/22/23 to cancel the installation and requested a refund of $1,250.00. My deposit refund is outstanding.Please provide an update on the refund status as soon as possible.Responce from compay 12/11 Hi, ****: It normally takes ten business days to cut a check for a deposit. I checked with the controller and he is planning on running it with the next batch of checks this week and it will go out in the mail to you. Thank you for your patience.Called Company 12/11 and spoke to *******************. She stated the controller will not be able to issue any checks until Friday 12/15 and it will mailed.Sent email 12/11 ******, I canceled the project and requested a refund on 11/22. Please issue the check immediately and let me know when I can pick it up at your office. I have filed a Complaint with the BBB.My obvious concern is the company has a cash flow problem .

    I believe this complaint should be removed due to following information that customer changed her mind and that caused the delays.  Our estimate clearly states that's that if you cancel the project, we will refund the deposit in 10 business days.  We would have refunded the deposit in time if she did not call the reschedule the project.  Here is the following timeline of events.    

         .  We originally scheduled *** for November 9. 
         .  She emailed me stating she would not have a ***** removed in time, so we pushed her back to 11/22.
           .Due to weather we had to reschedule her from 11/20 to 11/27.
           . She then canceled her project on 11/22.
           .11/27 She asked us to put her back on the schedule which we did for 12/6
           . She canceled again that same week.

     

    I am sorry the customer is unhappy, but I do not feel we did anything warrants a complaint to the BBB or any other complaint.  I can provide email and statements backing up everything listed above.
