    On June 15, 2021 we had a flood in our home and hired Belfor to do the restoration and remodel. This consisted of a total kitchen demo and remodel along with the replacement of a bathroom vanity and flooring in the master bathroom. When the cabinets arrived Belfor ordered the wrong size and had to return them and order new ones. The right cabinets arrived and as they were being installed I witnessed damage being done to the wood due to the wrong screws and poor judgment by the cabinet installer. I contacted our project manager right away so he could address the damage being done to witch he responded it would be 100 percent when it was finished. I proceeded to take pictures of the damage and send to Belfor. My concerns were not addressed and the installer continued to damage my cabinets. The bathroom vanity was ordered to large and I was told that was the only vanity they could get because the only other size was too small and they would be able to remove the drywall to fit the vanity. In the process of removing the drywall the corner of my wall were changed from rounded bullnose corners to square drywall corners. When we addressed this we were told they would not restore the walls. They did not replace my transition strip between the new hard floor and carpet and no my carpet is shredding. They ripped part of a wall off in the 1/2 bath after removing the sink to replace the flooring and did not fix it. The quality of wood used on my cabinets is not the quality I had before. They left work unfinished and have caused the value of my home to decrease considerably lower.
