      The business advertised 2 packs of cigarettes at a discounted price but I was charged full price. The cashier asked me if I was a rewards member. The sale sign said nothing about being a rewards member to get the discount. This was signed simply as " $10.02 per pack when you buy two. I was charged ***** per pack. This blatant false advertisement.

      8/15 Last week I went to the Jacksons Shell gas station I got $10 in gas Ciggerettes and a cherry coke they charged my **** $31.43 I noticed the next day they double charged me the $31.43 twice now I've paid $62.86 I called Shell they said my bank can handle it so I called my bank and in the bank charges it said I spent $10 and change and got $20 cash back. Well that was not me I did NOT GET CASH in fact 5 mins prior to going to the Shell I deposited $158 cash at my bank so why would I then take $20 cash back twice. Since they did that my bank can't cancel the sale they have to Void the transaction or correct the sale to the items I did purchase. I've called many times can't reach Anyone I want my money back for the duplicate charge.

      On July 18th at 9:06 am I came into the ********************* gas station to purchase a pre paid debit card green dot loaded a ****** onto the card I called the number on the back of the card to activate the card I woman that answered the phone told me that the card was already in some one else's name and that I need to file a claim I loaded the claim to green dot the next day they told me that the claim was closed because they couldn't read the receipt. So I emails them a mother receipt. Then I was told to resend the receipt I was just getting the run around. So u decided to contact the better business ****. I would like my money refunded back to me thats how we can solve this problem. After the woman told me that the card was register to someone else I went back to the ******* gas station to ask for my money back the woman told me that I need to call the number on back of the card
