      I had Idaho Heating & Air out to my home to check my 11 year old furnace that was only blowing cold air. I had another company out who was only interested in selling me a new furnace and didn't even give me the option to repair my furnace. I am glad I had the sense to get a second opinion and that it was Idaho Heating & Air. First *** came out to my home who was not only gracious and friendly but gave me a choice to repair or replace. Their Design Consultant ***** came out who didn't rush my husband or I and allowed us to make a buying decision that we were comfortable with. ***** offered financing options. My husband and I decided to replace our HVAC system and ended up replacing our water heater too. They sent out a two Technicians **** and ***** who were fabulous and installed everything in one day. Our experience with Idaho Heating & Air was ten stars from the office, to the service tech to the installers!I would definitely recommend them and will use them for all of our HVAC and plumbing work moving forward. It's hard to find good service these days and I'm happy we found them!
