    They took **** dollars and some change in return for a service that they cancelled twice and then have the cold shoulder Now I am out of almost **** ******************* is the owner who will steel from you this company is a dad disgrace and I am fighting to get my money back. This has been going on since July and it is now November.

    I registered and paid in full for a firearms training class several months in advance to the training date. I was informed Id receive a welcome packet with all the information about the class. In the weeks leading up to the class I received no information. I sent several emails and left several voicemails asking for information but not to get a reply until the day prior to the class. I was told the class is being rescheduled. I asked to be transferred to the next class. The next class was several months away and was given the same speech about the packet being emailed prior to the class. Same thing happened again. No contact what so ever. Again several emails and several voicemails later, I am finally told the class is canceled and being rescheduled but new date is unknown. I then asked for a refund and was told that I could get a refund but he patient as there were others in front of me requesting the same. No idea why I would need to wait in line for an electronic refund of several hundred dollars but I agreed. This refund was promised almost 2 months ago. I have sent several emails about the refund which I have received no response. Im certain I have the right email as its the same email Ive gotten my 2 responses to over the last 6 months of trying to communicate with this company. After all these issues, I contacted the *** who confirmed my suspicions of several complaints and issues with this company Im still trying to get refunded. Do not use this company. Its a scam.

    On Sept 6 2022, I signed up for a training course that was cancelled on Oct 10 2022, due to a lack of participants. Level 1 Firearms Training refused to issue a refund when subsequent trainings did not agree with my schedule. They were rude and unwaivering in even remotely trying to find a solution; they are theives who stole $180.94 from me.

    5/24/2003 I paid for a certification course to be hosted in *********. When I receive no packet and info I emailed the first response was it is coming out soon.The day before the class I emailed and was told by ********************* that the gun range slated to host backed out and he was trying to find another venue that might suit me. I never receive the info.6/21 ***** states in email he is looking for another location still but he put in a request for my refund. Which should receive within ***** business days. I never received the refund.

    I paid $2026.00 for Training classes. Two were cancelled due to low sign up rate. ********************* and ********************* said there would be refunds issued for the canceled classes since they would not be re-held anytime soon. The refunds have not been issued and Level 1 Firearms does not respond to calls or emails concerning the matter.Original transaction for and entire week of NRA Course training plus *** and C*** classes was $2026.00. The *** and C*** classes, which were cancelled cost $450.00 combined. I would like $450.00 refunded to me. This matter has been reported to my bank ***** Fargo as a FRAUD, to the Meridian Oh ************************* and to ****** in the form of a NEGATIVE Rating.
