This company is trash and heres why:10+ voicemails, 0 call backs, 5 trips into the store, and literally 5 months. Back on July 2nd 2022 I bought a 9mm pistol from these guys. It was an awesome 4th of July sale so why not! Came with an extra mag and it was fun. The gun had a defect where when shooting, the sights literally would fly off because they were installed using a heat gun due to the plastic pegs. This was confirmed as a defect due to the clerk who helped me saying oh ya we have had a bunch of people bring this back because the sights have flown off. I returned literally the 4th of July, two days later, and said hey what can be done. At that counter, two days after I purchased the pistol, I was told alright man, we will go ahead and replace those iron sights with the night sights we offered you, waive the gunsmith fee and itll only be 50 dollars and two weeks of time. AWESOME I thought, thats great timing and though it ***** that the gun was super defective, thats a quick and simple fix.Well 2 weeks goes by I go inside and they say, oh we havent even sent it out yet I will get that done. Itll be another month. I call multiple times, get the answering machine for the gunsmith, leave a voicemail with detailed info. Every single time I dont get a call back. You try to talk to anyone else and they just say *shrugs shoulders* I dont know. Its December 23rd. 5 months after I dropped off a gun that they sold to me knowing that it had these issues with the sights, not giving me an actual resolution or even an answer. FIVE MONTHS. In any other industry this would be completely unacceptable. But this is kinda a big deal, they cant tell me where my gun is that is tied to my name it could literally be anywhere. Did they lose the gun and let some one shoot and kill someone with it? Do they just plan on keeping the gun and say s**** you? .
