    We've used YMC multiple times over the last few years. First time was a proactive water heater replacement due to age and the following year for an ********** of our two (2) units. They have been attentive, listened to our questions and provided excellent work as prescribed and on-time. We will continue to use YMC of our HVAC and Mechanical needs.

    They are trying to charge me $528 for less than 15 minutes worth of work to clean my ****** Flame Sensor. My house is off of highway 21. They claimed that I needed to share the cost with another customer in my area. They claimed that I was sharing the cost with that customer. They took their time to come out to see my furnace and waiting 2 days and then want to charge me another 500 dollars to come back for maintenance. This is for a brand new furnace that I bought and paid for ****** dollars and they want to charge this? This is highway robbery. I called other companies and they said that they charge 179 dollars for maintenance. They are rip off scammers. They also promised new ducts and did not add new ducts. They added one and I thought that I was getting new ducts throughout my house. For ****** dollars, I thought that I was getting a professional job done but that is not what I got.
