  Builtmore graded my backyard improperly. After they turned my sprinklers way down and killed half of my yard, they finally put in two drains. One of them just collapsed because it was backfilled incorrectly. I reached out and they told me to turn down my watering. Haha. They havent even been out to my house. Also, what good is a drain if it cant take on water without sinking? Their warranty department has been terrible to work with. ***** is a jock and jimmyrigs all of his fixes and always tells you that everything is your fault.

  Biltmore *** and Power Enterprises Landscaping *** has been out to this home several times to assist with the yard and watering of the grass. Sprinklers were adjusted and timers set to deal with the water pooling in the backyard. Homeowner requested to have two French drains installed between their property and the property to the north. Biltmore obliged and installed the drains on 10/12/22

  After the landscapers came out and adjusted the sprinklers and replaced the flow nozzles, parts of my yard started to die from not getting enough water. The parts of the yard where the drains were installed had the sprinklers completely turned away from even watering those parts of the yard. So after lots of time and money invested in buying new grass seed, I finally have my yard starting to grow back. The French Drains were installed, but the yard was not graded to allow water to run to the drains. The drain in my backyard was not installed correctly. The drain just sunk about 6-8 inches leaving a huge hole in the backyard. The landscapers then dumped a pile of dirt and rock in the neighbors lot. The neighbor has asked me several times to have that removed. I have reached out to Biltmore numerous times, but the pile of c*** dirt and rocks are still there....We have been trying to get painters to come out for 3 weeks to finish the garage door paint. There is zero priority in Biltmore taking care of their customers....I would strongly disagree with your comments on ***** (Your warranty guy). He is far from professional. He can complete all of the work, although mostly ***** rigs it when he makes corrections. He is very argumentative. I had to ask Biltmore to never send him to my house again.
