      In April *************************************************************************************************************** early July 2022, I decided to give them another chance and once again my credit card has been charged but a month later I still do not have the items I ordered.

      I had order scentsy sparys at event on June 20,22. I had reached out to consultant on July 2,22 that sparys would be delivered week or so. Did not hear back from them I had reached on again on July 17,22 saying my package would be able to be delivered on July 18 as she had melts that needed to be delivered first. Since than I have reached out not heard back. I just want my refund back please as I have yet to receive it. This horrible service when I should not be reaching out to find were my products are not heard back.consulant is **** have emailed scensty support team not heard back in 2 days

      A+? Please. This company will allow their reps to harass and bully you and say "take legal action" instead of holding their consultants to their own standards. They only care about their consultants making the almighty dollar for them. Good treatment of people who aren't making them money is an afterthought.
