    Please don't waste your time with this agency. They promise to have an agent call you back or the agent repeatedly falls out of contact. Your own health insurance research will provide you as much information as they gave. An insurance exchange such as yourhealthidaho or gathering information directly from a local health insurance company is better than using an agency. After not receiving responses after being told they would call me back for over a week the receptionist then told me I would have to make an appointment to make sure the agent would have open time for me. The agent then texted me they couldn't meet at that time and would be late 5 minutes before my schedule phone appointment. Agent never did respond more than 40 minutes after my appointment time. I purchased my own policy on the exchange after doing my own research.
