    They keep sending me texts years after my last purchase. Each text is from a unique number so I can't block it or filter it out as spam. There is no way to unsubscribe from their texting campaign on their website, nor any information about the same.I've never seen a reputable company behave this way and it's deeply obnoxious and an abuse of the information I shared in order to complete a purchase.

    I used to be a happy customer of **********************. Then they began spamming my email, even though I asked them not to. I stated it was OK to send an OCCASIONAL email about sales but not to spam me daily. This is actually an option (frequency of correspondence). Instead, they continued spamming my email with sometimes up to 4 an hour. Ridiculous. When I reached out, their answer was "We have no control over the frequency, that's controlled by our marketing team" No kidding? A very stupid reply and why even have options available if they do not abide by then? Regardless of the supposed options, reality is I have 2 options, either accept all spams meaning multiple emails a day or receive nothing at all. There is nothing in between. Therefore, I asked to be ************ forward to current. They are blowing up my phone on text. I NEVER agreed to receive text from them, ever. Each text, I reply with "Do Not Text Me/UNSUBSCRIBE" and then block the number and they simply send another text from a different source number. I have asked MULTIPLE times that they do NOT text me and yet they are still blowing my phone up. The disrespect is evident and very unprofessional. They clearly do not want my business and are now harassing me.

    The customer reached out on July 12th, the issue was reported to marketing. A detailed email log is attached showing the emails received and dates corresponding. We have unsubscribed the customers email and phone number as requested.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I want a reason explaining why this went on for so long against my desires and instruction? Once HH FINALLY removed my email, they began spamming my phone WITH NO PERMISSION to text me. If I do not want emails, why do you feel I would want the even more intrusive texts? Why when I asked to be UNSUBSCRIBED via text (and blocked HH phone number) did HH simply change source phone numbers and continue to text repeatedly, MULTIPLE TIMES?

    A simple "OK, we will stop now" doesn't make up for the continued harassment. ** never would stop if I had not filed this complaint.

    Placed order 12/14/24. Website states shipped. When I click on **** link I get a message postal service notified that this label has been cancelled Order number *******. Sent four emails to vendor and left one voicemail with NO response.

    We have responded to the customers emails regarding their order. It was shipped out shipped out 12/16/24 and was marked as delivered yesterday. We have also sent additional emails to her alternate email address. Please see attached correspondence. The customer has neglected to reply or read the information we have provided.

    Eye ordered a Kratom product eye order every month and received at my Box 107 The recent order was shipped to Box 20 That's not the proper address and shipment was returned and eye tried to resolve the address issue but their AI automated system refused to translate the problem and keeps making the same errors b cuz no live person is available to manually override and correct the address or cancel and return my money Eye sent so far as to C if the local ***************************** would stop by that business to alert one of their employees to call me or correct the address and let me know by email The offer said he would contact Happy Hippo eye haven't heard a thing back So eye am without my money or the product and their AI online communication system is failing to fix the problem Eye have a box full of emails from their AI puddles that keeps making the same errors over and over and over and over again We need a real living Human being to manually correct it These are examples of system network FAILURES in artificial intelligence systems B cuz eye test light the efficiency of ********** Eye am a network Universal and Galactic tech support operators here It's a finite energy system It gets better Guess what else it did That's right went back and falsified my account data by going back to all my orders saying my orders were shipped to Box 20 Thats Beast system AI QI Blank Slate memory wipe technology that does that So someone at Happy Hippo needs to take responsibility and accountability for my order and make it right with Honor and service integrity Thank U for helping to restore Honor Mu ah VA ????

    On Monday August 26th we reached out to the customer letting them know their package had been returned to sender. We got a replacement package shipped out for the customer on 08/27/24. We shipped the replacement to the customers address that they had used for the previous 17 orders. The customer continued to email threats saying we sent his package to the incorrect address and were committing mail fraud, they also had a police officer contact us. We decided to refund his original order that had been returned, as well as informed the customer to keep the replacement package that is scheduled for delivery on 08/31/24.
