      I am a senior male losing his wife after 34 years of marriage. For $6,000 I received 13 introductions, all except one were not even close to any match. They seem to throw at me anyone available. I filled out review sheets thoroughly and it did not matter. They NEVER provided a match that meet two important criteria such as education.For my age bracket the whole operation is a rip-off

      I contacted Matchmaker after three negative experiences with online dating sites. I came to realize that online dating sites are a waste of time and money. **** at Matchmaker has been wonderful to work with. She was very patient with me in my ignorance of the dating process and went the extra mile to match me with ladies who were compatible with myself. She knows her business and really desires to help develop a lasting relationship between her clients. I am grateful.

      **** is a great matchmaker! She really gets who will get along and who will have a connection. She is a great guide through the matchmaking process, giving gentle direction and presenting good introductions. She stuck by my side and supported me as I learned the process and began implementing the three date rule. Its everything I could have wanted for matchmaking! And shes everything I could have wanted in a matchmaker!

      I had a great experience! The intake process was simple but thorough. My matchmaker was incredibly helpful and walked me through the process at every step. She was excellent about checking in after introductions and took my feedback seriously, which really helped me find the type of person I was looking for. It only took a couple introductions before I met someone that I am happily dating. I never imagined myself using a matchmaking service, but I'm so glad I did!!

      This company is terrible. They are trying to send me to collections when I cancelled the service. I called them before my credit card was going to be charged and I told them that I want to cancel the service and do not charge my credit card. The lady on the phone told me that their company has a strong contract and they will put my account on hold for later use. I did not believe her and I cancelled my credit card with citi bank and got another one. Sure enough they tried to cash the card. When they could not get my money they called me and hassled me. I told them I wanted to cancel this prior but they would not. I have never gotten anything from this company. They are terrible. I got a letter from them the other day that they are sending me to collections. Well, I am taking them to Small Claims court and will *** them for harassment. If I could give them a zero (0) review I would.
