Buyer be ware! He talks lots of great things up front, puts very little in his bids which he will likely refuse to come to your house and do. He is hiring immigrants to paint that don't know a lick of English. He doesn't actually bid it, he wishy washes with, if it uses this much paint then this, but I'm pretty sure it will need more. His crew will bail on the last day, with or without having fully completed, and without having performed a walkthrough, as discussed and in writing. And when he's done he'll say it took more cans than the *** quote and want to bill for it, regardless of having not actually completed the job.I'm my case, I put over 50% down. He wants more than that to close out with 2" at 1 coat around the top which is much lighter than the rest at 2 coats. They took down hardware and didn't put it back up (TV mounts-discussed), and didn't take down any of the blinds brackets, so when we remove them there will be original color not matching there. He never showed up for the bid and finally did it online, then didn't show up for the final walk through, where his guys damaged some drywall pretty badly knocking out a ** holder in the master bathroom, and he wasn't there to address it. He's trying to shave money off instead of fix his crews mistakes, for the ** thing, but wants the 2nd half of payment when it is not completed and damages remain. He's become seemingly angry and demanding for payment when he hasn't finished the job. He asked to bid out our other projects, but this has been an awful experience at this point. Very unprofessional. If you see this guy on *****'s list, keep looking, he will ask you to text his main number so he doesn't have to give them their cut for finding him your project. Very dishonest. Very rude. Only communicates on his time and terms, unwilling to resolve as agreed before final payment. Not a reputable business! Very unsatisfied.
