We purchased a $6,500 Frenchton. They have REFUSED to provide and itemized receipt of the over $1,500 down payments we gave. And when we pressed for an itemized receipt they accused us of assaulting the worker for making the request. They refuse to help us get an accurate account of everything we paid up front!Absolutely, unacceptable service. Especially for the money we paid.Additionally, they promised to clean the dogs ears before we left and the dog has a very obvious ear infection that we now have to treat and pay out of pocket for, AFTER paying OVER $1,500 down.We have attempted to log in to our account and the system states we have no active account!Again, they refuse to help AT ALL!!This is not an appropriate or legal way to run a business!

I have attached the videos of **** cursing me out after I told him let's make an appointment, I would love to show it to you as well. **** Purchased the dog for his friend, he took out a 5k dollar loan and personal did not make any down payments ( his friend did). The financial aspect of this arrangement was to be made between **** and his friend, not me! He kept saying that he was told that he is only a co-signer, I kept telling his friend that is not how it works, he will have his own loan, **** who processed his loan explained this to him as well. He would be fancily responsible for this if his friend wont pay him back and that is their arrangement.  **** Came into the store while I was feeding dogs and cleaning after them, I told him we are closed and to come back at 1 or to make an appointment. **** called us the morning off when we were closed and messages would had been returned after 1pm, once we opened and looked though any missed calls with voicemails attached. **** asked why he has a bill due and I told him I can not tell him that without looking at his account, I asked him if it was ok to make him an appointment so he can come in and we can sit down and speak. He did not like this answer, I had nothing else I could do for him at this moment. I told him that he has to call easy-pay which is our financing company to make any changes to his account and that once a loan is open we do not have any access to him financial information, as that is private and only available though the loan company. He showed me his phone with a text message that said he had a bill due on his loan, again I could not log into this for him as that is the account he and his friend setup with their own emails and Id passcodes. I again told him multiple times that while I can not call easy-pay for him to see his bill, if he likes to make an appointment I will make myself available to sit with him on speakerphone until this is resolved and just listen in to the conversation to make sure it is the answers he was looking for. I also offered to call with him our account manager instead of calling the 800 number which could be helpful, that would be done at the appointment I kept tell him him to make with me there and then. I could tell he was becoming increasingly irritated while standing at the door of my business, under no circumstances I felt comfortable resolving this with a closed door on off hours especially after his friend made it clear while buying the dog that he was just release from prison. I do not understand why that information was needed or given to me at the time of sale! He proceeded to tell me Im F****** ***** multiple times and said he will ruin my business by giving me bad reviews. Again, I continued as you can see in the video provided to tell him that I just want to make an appointment for him while he walked away and was unresponsive to this suggestion. ******, who I believe is his wife who was not with him in the situation described above took it upon herself to leave a review with inaccurate information.  In this review it is described that they purchased. *********. They did not, they purchased the dog for their friend and it was a AKC Fluffy FRANCH BULLDOG, WE DO. NOT HAVE AND MIX BREED THAT WE SELL FOR 6500 DOLLARS! She describes the situation being that I did not want to provide her husband with a receipt. This is untrue as her husband, first did not want to make an appointment to retrieved all paperwork he wanted, second he never asked me for any hard copies, all he asked me for is to help him log into his account to see his activity which I had no authority over doing so. She also claims to had made a 1500 dollar down payment. The downpayment was not 1500$ and it was made by her fiend who the dog went home with not her or her husband. Ear problem was brought up to us on the day of sale and I did clean his ears, so again she is claiming I did not. Puppies get ear infections, it is pretty common and we in fact did tell her find that if there is any ear infections we would pay for the treatment. We spoke to the owner on the phone and he did not mention an ear infection, if he did I would had paid for it. ****** is accusing my business of not helping her log into a financial institution account in the review. We have absolutely no way of doing that or her, she had to call easy-at financing, which again I offered to do with her at an appointment when her husband came in. She then mentioned that we are not running a legal business. This review is one large inaccurate cluster of intonation and if **** would had made an appoint that day instead of cursing at me this all would had been resolved. She also mentioned that I accused her husband of calling me names, which I did not accuse him off, that is exactly what he did.  On March 13the **** reported a complaint to the BBB with the same information, he proceeded to say that I  accused him of abuse. I did not accuse him, he verbally did so! The complaint states that I REFUSED to give him hard copies of his purchase. I did not, he never asked me for an hard copy, and even if he did I would had still suggested that we make an appointment as I was closed when he came in. In this 2nd review he mentioned a 1500$ down pay he made, again this was made by his friend not him! He wrote : Again, they refuse to help AT ALL!! This is not an appropriate or legal way to run a business!. This review is hurting our business name and reputation when if an appointment was made all of this could had been avoided.
