    ****** Argon, the owner of American Roof Solutions was the first and only roofing contractor to fully respond to my request for someone to help with a water leak into my master bathroom during the heavy rains. Others initially responded that they would contact me with details within 24 hr but never did. More rain was forecast so ****** came out the same day and worked diligently to diagnose the source of the leak but it was a challenge, especially for a 10 yr-old house that shouldn't be having this issue. After a lot of investigation from the attic and on the roof, ****** eventually found the source (a crack in one of the plastic roof vents that couldn't be seen without removing shingles and tracing the water to site of penetration into the house) and corrected the problem. Given the challenges and effort to diagnose the mystery leak, his cost to fix the roof was way more than fair. After several more rains and snow, our bump out window is bone dry again and internal damage to the walls and ceiling were averted. ****** was a meticulous and diligent worker with excellent communication skills that earned our trust. We'll be having ****** out again to check the rest of the roof and replace other vents that may be deteriorating like the first one to avoid another problem down the road. I definitely recommend ****** for others with roofing problems.
