      The company, SecureWatch/Infiniti security, provides alarm/ security services. They bill quarterly and we were set up for automatic payments each quarter in the amount of $194.97. As of June 2023 the business was dissolved. No attempt was made to notify our business of the dissolution. The owner of the company has continued charging for services not provided until recently with the last payment of $194.97 being processed January 1, 2024. They do not have a website or phone service number that is monitored for any issues. By our calculations the company has processed payments every quarter in the amount of $1,382.79 since June 2023 that they were not providing services for. There were multiple messages to the service number provided and multiple service tickets submitted on their website asking for contact and to schedule service repairs with no response. The third-party company ********* could not make contact either during anytime. We have tried sending a letter with all the above information and asking for a refund with no response.

      I have been trying to contact Infiniti Security (SecureWatch) since July 2024. While trying to find a way to contact this company I have discovered that, although they continued to take money from my account, the payment they should have forwarded to ********* for monitoring services was not sent. Infiniti Security does not appear to be in business any more. I have now learned that SecureWatch has obtained my information and the same situation is occurring. They have been taking money from my account but have not paid the alarm monitoring company for the services. I have tried to contact both of these companies who apparently have the same phone number. I have left several messages and have received no communication. I have since received a bill from SecureWatch for services they are not providing. The address is the third different address listed for this so-called company. Another name for the company is *****. All with the same phone number and no communication. There is no email to contact them. They have been taking $38.99 from my account for almost three years. The old website had no way to contact the company or to change billing options or cancel the service. I would like to have this service cancelled and the billing stopped for services not provided.

      I have been trying to cancel our account with this company (used to be Infiniti security.) I called the owner, *************************. He said to email ******************************************* and make this request. He said they could only cancel by email. My first email was sent July 27, 2023. I have not received any confirmation that the account was cancelled and today another $54.99 monitoring service was charged to my credit card. The account is under my now deceased husband's name, ********************* at the ******************************* address. I just want the account cancelled. The account number is ******. The system was installed Nov. 2014 and all contract obligations have been met by us. The equipment was paid for at that time.

      We had a five year agreement and gave 30 day notice to end service via a phone call and was instructed to send an email giving notice to cancel which we did. There was no response and sent three emails and three phone calls to cancel the service. Latest call was on 10/13 and ******* stated he would take care of it and today I received another invoice for month of November and showing I am two months behind on my account. Based on other customer comments posted to your website, this seems like standard practice for this business and it is unethical and unprofessional their lack of response or "tricking" people to continue to pay after giving notice. We followed the contract and made all payments on time and the business needs to do the same and an agreement once notified.

      I received a letter from ********************* Centers, LLC, *****************************************************. The letter started, Secure Watch was behind on their monitoring service payments.The monitoring service will end on 9/16/2022.We have had a subscription to Infiniti Security, ********, *****, **.We have tried to contact Infiniti Security for information about this letter. We get an answering machine message, and no response.We have received no notice from Infiniti Security about this matter.
