    On Friday, 14 July 2023, this company was to arrive at **** to complete some sprinkler repair work. They did not arrive until **** (5:15pm). Prior to their arrival my husband had spoken on the phone with the office, exchanged a few emails, and thought he had a good understand of the agreement. However, upon returning home from an unexpected over night hospital stay we were met with one person from the company still working. When he was finished he stated that he needed to be paid even though not all the work was completed. I asked about an invoice, he stated it would be emailed. The amount I was asked to pay was $973.34. I was told there was approximately $200.00 in materials and the res was labor for four workers at $89.99 per person per hour. The scope of work was eight (8) sprinkler heads, one short trench, a few risers for the sprinkler heads, adjustment of the sprinklers, and adjusting the sprinkler box wiring. I wrote the check and assumed I would receive an itemized invoice shortly after. This was not the case; it has now been two working days for this company and I have yet to receive and invoice. That evening I sent an email (their preferred method of communication) stating my concerns and requested a phone call, my husband also called on Friday evening and left a message stating we would hold the check payment until we had discussed our concerns. We have yet to hear anything back to include the invoice. Since I have not heard from the company and the work is not complete I placed a stop payment on the check that was written on Friday evening.

    I just submitted a complaint and request for help resolving an issue with Sprinkler Tech Dave in ******** *****. just after I submitted this I received a call from their office manager and the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you ***************** ************
