      Over 3 years, my rental rate increased by 20%. I experienced multiple gate access failures, including one during posted business hours when the office was unexpectedly closed, and the emergency line went to voicemail. **************** was poor, especially when a stolen debit card caused an autopay issue; they were aggressively demanding and unsympathetic. Returning keys was also problematic. They prioritize taking payments and raising prices over customer service.

      I don't think I should be charged a non-recurring payment on my credit card. I pay my bill by calling in my payment to be charged to my credit card when I want to. They charge me an extra 15 dollars for not having a recuring payment, this is not fair.
