    Refinish First painted one of our showers. They were difficult in the beginning to reach and nail down on a time, but they eventually showed up and did the job. We were happy with it. Then we had a chip and with a 10 year warranty, we gave them a call. After several calls we got through and ***** came over to fix it. However, he chipped two more pieces while he was fixing the other. I set up a time with *** which was over 3 weeks out, and they did not show up. I called that day and received a text 2 days later asking if they could come 4 days from scheduled time. I said sure. Then nothing!! Five voice mails later, even when their bot says they will call back in 15 minutes, nothing. I am so frustrated with this business.
