    Installed the wrong product on Monday and can not reach them by phone to report the error. Reach a strange recording. I would like to talk to them and have someone come out to observe the problem and have a correct replacement.

    On 12/22/23 we ordered blinds for our slider doors when their sales person came to our house and took the measurements of our doors. In January they came to our house to install the blinds. They attempted to install the blinds but couldnt. The told us they didnt have the right brackets. They came back to install them two more times in January but couldnt. Again saying they didnt have the correct brackets. I have called them several times and they give me no answers to when they will install the blinds. I believe the problem is they are trying to install window blinds that are not designed to be used on doors. Budget Blinds gets the blinds from a company in ******. They have a no refund policy. The last time I called them they said no refund but they give me no answer as to when or if I will ever have the blinds installed. I had the installer take the blinds back to Budget Blinds after the last attempt to install them. The fact that they dont contact me after two months of waiting I need them to refund my payment.
