    Redinger Heating and Cooling installed a new hot water boiler in my home in 2018. At the completion of the install I noticed a strange noise, I was told that is was a 'noisy spring valve'. The solution offered at the time, by *****************************, was to almost fully close the valve so that it did not make as much noise. He said this would be a temporary solution, that replacing the valve would be required in order to completely remove the noise.I have tried numerous times over the past 3 years to get Redinger to come back and replace the defective valve they installed. I have heard, numerous times, from *** Redinger that he will check his schedule and get back to me. With one exception he has not followed through and the valve has not been replaced. The one time he did follow up, he came to my home, looked at the valve, and said that he knows now what to replace. That was about 18 months ago.The noisy valve has continued to get noisier and is audible from throughout our house when the furnace is running.I've been trying, literally for years, to get Redinger to come out and finish the original job, to replace the defective valve they originally installed. Although I also have another furnace issue, related to poor service from Redinger, I will address that in a separate complaints.Resolution for me means Redinger coming to my home in the next 2 weeks to replace the defective valve.
