      I started my water delivery service 11/01/2022 with my first delivery on 11/02/2022, the schedule that was discussed was every other Thursday, the first delivery after the enitial one was unknowingly delayed, i called as i had to every time we were due for a delivery, and was told they would drop two off in a few days to get me until my next delivery, it was never consistent, the day i cancled my service was suposed to be a delivery day, again i called as it was late in the day and needed to know if someone was going to show up, instead of asking just that i cancled my service, to which she replied "well hes suposed to be there any minute", the customer service with every interaction was just terrible, i told her to have him just take them because at this point we had been skipped again and they were all empty, she then told me i owed $130+, i asked why, since every monthly invoice was paid except the last as i had not recieved it in the mail yet, and have not had an invoice more than $60, she said i had to call corporate in Moscow where they do the billing, i called and was told the same thing, again i asked why its so much, i was told thats how they do their billing and the owner would call the next day, again i called, she returned my call and told me i owe what i owe even though she said herself told me i was skipped deliveries, we were even skipped all together, saying no empties were left, i work from home, im always here, i had all my empties out on every scheduled delivery day, i was sent a "print out" of what i owe which i believe to be wrong, we were delayed deliveries, skipped all together, and treated rudely, and now i believe we are being grossly overcharged.
